Return Policy

You can return items within 30 days of the date they were picked up or delivered.  Neither the original shipping/delivery fee nor any set up fee is refundable.  The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the items.

These are the original shipping fees, which also apply to items having Free Shipping, that will not be refunded:

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition using the original packaging. After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will refund the purchase price of the items less:

  1. the original shipping fee
  2. the cost of replacing or repairing any damaged items found during the inspection.

The process to initiate a return varies based on how the item was purchased.

If the item was purchased on amazon.com, you will need to find the order in your amazon account, then click on the "Return Item" button, and then provide the requested information and submit the return request. Once we receive the return request from amazon, we will send a reply message to your amazon account informing you of the next steps.

For all other purchases, you will need to email us at info@scottwindmills.com. Include details that we will need to look up your order, such as name, order number, order date, and/or shipping address. Once we receive this information, we will send a reply email informing you of the next steps.
